Heart of Midlothian football stand

Heart of Midlothian new stand was the final piece of the jigsaw to complete their stadium, providing the club with the fourth and final replacement stand form the original stadium erected over 100 years ago. Hearts re-submitted their plans for re-development in March 2016 for a new 7000-seat stand. The plans also included a nursery, club shop, ticket office, office space and restaurant facility. 

Raeburn Construction scope of works included:

  • Earthworks and drainage diversions 
  • Piling mats and pile cap construction 
  • Foundations and floor slabs 
  • Drainage and services installations 
  • Hard landscaping to plaza 
  • Feature retaining walls and steps
